Welcome to the Satellite & Aerial Association with over 50 years experience within the board.
Our aim is to supply the public an Association of Satellite and Aerial Installers nationwide. With the switch to RTE's (Saorview,Saorsat) it would be advisable to be trained and APPROVED FOR THE DIGITAL switch.
All our APPROVED members will have experience within the Telecom Industry, and have PL Insurance. They will have experience with both Satellite and Aerial installations.
Some other members will have a number of levels of experience, which will be highlighter on the ISAA web site. ie :
1) Sky Installer.
2) Multi Satellite installer.
3) Satellite Broadbroad installer.
4) Commercial SMATV installation.
5) Domestic house distribution systems.
Approved members :
1) Will have done training in this Industry with Satellite and or Aerial installations. ie : ISAA Training Course or City & Guilds or equivelent.
2) Their business will have PL Insurance, and proper installation equipment.
3) Will have health and safety training. ie : (Safe Pass, ladderwork training.) 4) Will be issued with Photo ISAA ID cards.
5) Will undergo a criminal record check.
